Our wonderful tour to discover the most prestigious wineries

09.00 a.m. Departure from your hotel 10.00 a.m. Arrival at San Chierlo and visit the winery Tenuta Bonzara, where you can have a look to the vineyards and the cellar, finally wine tasting.

12.00 p.m. Arrival at Monteveglio and visit the winery Corte d'Aibo, (the production of organic wines is the farms main activity) where you can have a look to the vineyards and the cellar, finally wine tasting. and a light lunch.

02.30 p.m. Driving along the hills where you can see the different type of vineyard.

03.00 p.m. Visit to the last winery Podere Riosto in Pianoro where you can meet the wine grower who will show you the techniques of viticulture and explain the wine making process.

04.30 p.m. We'll go back towards your Hotel. Have a nice trip! Day trip (10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. ) includes: private air-conditioning minivan, guide in your language, wine tasting and light lunch. Reservations are required.

A whole day around "Verdi's land", to discover the most characteristic products of this territory, together with the famous Matilde from Canossa's Castle. Hand made Pasta

An amusing day, to learn the secrets of Bolognese traditional cuisine.

The offer includes the following services:

- accommodation in one of Bologna Country Houses, on a half board basis

- transfer by car/minibus to the San Giuliano Farmhouse, where the course will take place - welcome drink and brief tour of the farmhouse - each participant will have a rolling pin and a board, together with a complimentary apron, to begin the pasta lesson (it will last about 2 hours)

- lunch based on what has been prepared during the course, with some other traditional dishes, accompanied by great local wines

- return transfer to your Farmhouse hand made pasta
